Our Process
Located in Southern Ohio, we work within a 500 mile radius, and in all States bordering Ohio. We work with our customers to develop a solution that is best suited to your site-specific needs and requirements. We take pride in helping to solve the unique challenges and planning your project. Bring us a problem and we'll put a team of experienced professionals and engineers on it to come up with a water tank solution - every project has some level of custom engineering.
Plan
Each job begins with a discussion of your functional and aesthetic needs, and a study of the site (a site plan). We want every tank solution to fulfill the precise requirements of the project.
Design
CorGal® Tanks range from 6 feet to 120 feet in diameter, and from 4 feet to 30 feet in height, holding from 700 gallons to more than 500,000 gallons of water. Depending on the tank size, they can be built with either a pitched, flat or inverted roof, or with no roof at all. CorGal® Tank exteriors can be galvanized steel, painted steel, timber wrapped, or clad with masonry. Some customers use CorGal® Tanks as landscape feature, or as a back-drop advertising signage. Our goal is always to create the solution that best meets your needs. We like happy customers!
Installation and Safety Training
Each CorGal® Tank is constructed on-site by Water Tank Sales. We are professionally trained and factory-certified tank assembly crews who have received either 10 hour, or 30 Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Training, and are supervised by a project foreman who has OSHA Confined Space Assessment and Work Training. In addition, our crews are subject to random drug testing, and are current with WV’s office of Miner’s Health, Safety & Training, and Federal Mine Safety and Health Administration safety requirements. We install CorGal® Water Tanks in a professional, safe, and timely manner. We stand behind each installation’s workmanship to ensure the long-term success of each project.
